Last weekend my friend Ankur wanted to pay Pusa Hill Forest a visit. This is located at little far from the nearest Metro station of Jhandewalan. The forest is spread along the Vandematram road. Here’s the 360ยบ Panorama taken from Google Camera taken in the forest.
Hello Vineet,
Me and my friends went there last weekend but couldn’t find a particular entry spot. If you can, please write where we can find beautiful landscape in Pusa hill forest or someplace nearby and how can we get there. It’ll be very kind of you.
Thanks
It’s been exactly 2 years since we been to the place. But we too had a hard time finding an entrance. Finally we manged to “broke into” the forest through a broken fence wall near the bus stand of “Pusa Quater”. If you are so keen to enter into the forest I am putting a link from near where we managed to enter it, but keep in mind that there really is nothing exciting inside it. It’s literally just a forest. Some students play cricket in an open area inside it, but that’s just about it.
Here is the link to the location: https://www.google.co.in/maps/place/Pusa+Quarter/@28.6299485,77.1672338,137m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m12!1m6!3m5!1s0x390d02cad58c541f:0xa747f538abf678b7!2sPusa+Hill+Forest!8m2!3d28.6293523!4d77.1710335!3m4!1s0x390d02c8a088a327:0xa4cce0221be8a!8m2!3d28.6299453!4d77.1670353
(Go at your own risk, cause it’s a secluded area and might also be private property).
Similar but better place would be to visit the park near Bhuli Bhatiyari ka mahal: http://vineetkumar.me/2015/02/bhuli-bhatiyari-ka-mahal/
